Sara Johansen, APRN, FNP-C
Sara grew up outside of Sacramento, California. She then spent 8 years in Utah, a short time in Hawaii, and has now lived here in Mesa since 2015.
Sara received a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Brigham Young University in 2012. She has worked in the hospital for the last 8 years in medical and surgical oncology, trauma, and orthopedics. She was the recipient of three Daisy Award nominations during her hospital career. Sara graduated summa cum laude with her Master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University, and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She will continue on to receive her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
Sara is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals in health and wellness, as well as managing acute and chronic illness across all ages.
In her spare time, Sara loves running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
